Job Description
- We are looking for an enthusiastic social media sales agent to contribute in generating sales for our company.
- You will be responsible for closing sales deals through social media , and maintaining good customer relationships.
Main Job Duties:
- Answer questions about products or the company through social media
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales through through social media
- Handling social media comments and messages effectively
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or offers using scripts
- Help to increase our followers and likes in the page
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
