Job Description
Three key areas of responsibility for the Marketing Administrative Assistant are:
- Partner Payouts: Timely partner payouts as per activities launched during the quarter following Vendor & Aptec compliance procedures which involves validation of results, finance approval etc. Maintain & file signed acknowledgment receipt
- Claiming: Claiming marketing funds on time as per internal procedure and vendor guidelines
- Other Marketing Activities: Preparations for Gitex exhibition together with other team members. Monitoring and reporting results of marketing activities (attendance, feedback, cost, ROI). Helping in the planning & execution of marketing activities for some vendors as may be the case. Maintaining MAF register
Job Requirements
Job Qualification & Educational requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative position with an international company.
- Previous experience in IT Distribution or Telecommunication companies is a plus
- Should have ability to prioritize, multi task & meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- A fluent command of spoken & written English is a must.
- Knowledge of working with illustrator/coral draw is an added advantage
