Order Processing Officer

A multinational company is recruiting for a dynamic and proactive team member to join our office in Cairo and support our regional operations in its procurement activities.

Incumbent will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing the procurement of products and services in accordance with purchasing and inventory guidelines. The candidate will be based in Cairo but occasional travel to the UAE and/or Germany may be required.

Job duties:

• Product Forecasting (Rolling forecast 18 months)
• Ensure availability of goods at any time and secure delivery of goods efficiently to provide customer satisfaction
• Generation of order confirmations / proforma invoices based, while conforming with all internal controls
• Planning and coordination of shipments together with the corporate supply chain and logistics department
• Monitoring of any shipment from German central warehouse and production facilities
• Complaint management and solution-orientated troubleshooting in regards of product shortages, wrong deliveries, damage of goods, replacement deliveries according to company’s policies and procedures
• Cash-Care-Management and monitoring of receivables
• Facilitate deal calculation. Profitability analysis & Process/monitor bundle deals and respective deliveries
• Support the Sales and Senior Sales Management in the budgeting process and cost control
• Secure the preparation of all necessary import/export documents
• Preparation of credit and debit notes in close collaboration with Corporate and/or Senior Sales Management
