Job Description

The business developer role is essential to our goals and efforts in approaching many more clients and conquering the market.

Your duties are:

  • Foster new relationships for Dawaya through outbound efforts
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Maintain and exceed the KPIs
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure referral business
  • Attend local industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
  • Support different development needs in adjacent units
  • Direct report to the COO regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis

Job Requirements

  • Fresh grads are welcomed
  • 0 to 3 years of experience, selling digital marketing ads and services is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • English language is required
  • Has the ability to engage with clients and seek to understand their needs while actively sharing options using plain language, building rapport and handling objections.
  • Is comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
  • Is comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes
  • Basic skills in MS Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; proficiency with Internet applications
  • Effective time management
  • Working with pharmaceutical companies is a major plus
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
  • Hands on experience on any popular CRM is a plus
