Job Description
The business developer role is essential to our goals and efforts in approaching many more clients and conquering the market.
Your duties are:
- Foster new relationships for Dawaya through outbound efforts
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Maintain and exceed the KPIs
- Follow-up with customers to ensure referral business
- Attend local industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
- Support different development needs in adjacent units
- Direct report to the COO regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
Job Requirements
- Fresh grads are welcomed
- 0 to 3 years of experience, selling digital marketing ads and services is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- English language is required
- Has the ability to engage with clients and seek to understand their needs while actively sharing options using plain language, building rapport and handling objections.
- Is comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
- Is comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes
- Basic skills in MS Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; proficiency with Internet applications
- Effective time management
- Working with pharmaceutical companies is a major plus
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Hands on experience on any popular CRM is a plus
