Job Description

  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Answer Customers inquires on social media page.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email.
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Provide customers with ongoing technical support to resolve any issues.
  • Provide Assistance to service providers helping maintain high provider satisfaction.
  • Maintain operations cycle by ensuring customer requests are properly tracked and completed efficiently.
  • Follow proper escalation protocol to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate and explain the operation and use of our services to consumers.
  • Help in maintain Service Provider Accounts and Opening New ones with help of sales team.
  • Follow Up Meetings and Co-ordinate Visits of Sales or Tech Support.
  • Help in Operation and SP handling or Data Entry

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good Communication skills
  • Fair English
  • Android devices awareness
  • Smart phones overall feedback
  • Live in Giza or near.
