Job Description
E-Learning Engagement Manager
- The E-Learning Manager’s primary function is developing and delivering customer education and optimization opportunities for MAC products, services, and enhancements. This includes the creation and maintenance of customer-facing video content, as well as delivery of live, online training for customers when needed. The E-Learning Manager must possess an excellent track record of managing and developing e-learning content`s elements, and must remain abreast of product changes in order to share updates with customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Developing educational videos and guided learning paths for our products
- Arranging, researching, customizing and conducting live (synchronous), online product training for customers
- Guiding learners across the life-cycle of their MAC products, including best practices and product expertise
- Identifying desired customer learning objectives and outcomes, based on customer/stakeholder needs assessments.
- Recording and editing video and audio content.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Measuring success of the learning content produced.
- Responding to all assigned incoming e-learning request.
- Track and report on all e-learning projects activities.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including the understanding of future enhancements.
- Advocate on behalf of customers, providing suggestions and feedback regarding product enhancements and improvements in order to improve product quality.

Skills Requirements:
- 8-10 years’ experience in E-learning industry.
- Expertise working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Understanding of instructional design and evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical Acumen - for development of in-depth technical product knowledge and video development
- Sound English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
