Job summary

  • As part of a team focused on delivering great customer experiences, you’ll introduce people to Apple products which help them do what they love in new ways. You will be creating the energy and excitement around our products, providing the right solutions and getting products into customers’ hands.

  • You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, answering customers questions, resolving problems, informing customers about product availability and product prices, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

  • This job requires understanding that we are dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. It starts with you discovering customers’ needs then match those needs with the right products. Every day is an opportunity for you to turn a customer call or a store visitor into a loyal customer.

  • When a customer becomes an owner, it’s the beginning of a relationship. And you will make sure that this relationship thrives. You’ll make the most of your own passions to help customers bring their personal stuff to life. You might help one customer activate his i Cloud account while showing another how to sync their photos.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Receiving phone calls, answering customers questions, providing them with all needed information while following the provided script to ensure delivering the best experience.
  • Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Offering demonstrations for products and services to potential buyers and Inform them of alternative products if they are unable to buy what they originally wanted.
  • Making sure to understand the individual and unique needs of each customer
  • Process all online and offline sales and update the system to reflect the status of each sale.
  • Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up.
  • Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages.
  • Build a relationship with customers through friendly, engaging communication.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and skills

  • Sc. or equivalent diploma is required.
  • Maadi and nearby neighborhood citizens are preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technology, particularly Apple products, and the ability to quickly learn about new products.
  • Passionate about gadgets and eager to share that passion with others.
  • Proven experience and proficiency with computer systems
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) solutions is a plus.
  • Experience using inventory management and warehousing solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
  • Have strong people skills — you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic.
  • Flexible with your schedule. Your work hours might vary based on business needs.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience is preferred (incoming call particularly)
