Job Description
- Proactively sources talent through continual networking with individuals to identify top candidates to accomplish approved manpower plan.
- Handling recruitment process until final selection.
- Conducts and/or participates in recruiting studies, reports and projects to help ensure the success of recruiting objectives.
- Develop advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
- Assists in drafting communications and presentations, related to talent management.
- Maintains and updates job descriptions and organizational charts for company different departments.
- Implementing the performance management system and recording employees accomplishments, areas for improvement and regular feedback throughout the year.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in business administration (Highly preferred).
- 2+ years of directly related Human Resources/Talent Management experience.
