Job Description

  • Ensures the Sales Team achieves their targets.
  • Develops the team Quarterly KPI's & ensures their achievement
  • Develops & coaches the team' s performance capability
  • Develops the sales policies, procedures, forms & reports.
  • Provides Market Insight.
  • Leads the Marketing team to support the Business Development.
  • Owns the Sales & Marketing Budget.
  • Leads the Interface with all departments within the company.

Job Requirements

  • B2B Sales Experience, preferably Raw Materials to factories & traders.
  • Proven Sales Team leadership and development capability
  • Proven analytical & reporting capability.
  • Proven systems development capability.
  • Solid business & marketing understanding
  • University Degree in business or marketing.
  • Experience: Over 10 Years in Sales and marketing in the same company’s field or selling Chemicals raw material and fragrance is a must
  • Presentable, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to connect with diversified people.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Negotiation & Analytical Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in English Language accompanied with professional use of Ms Office.
