Job Description

  • Dealing with Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation (Modifying Company – General Assembly, etc.).
  • Support the Manager to Visit the government department to finish some tasks  
  • Research, anticipate & guard company against legal risks.
  • Support the Manager to Maintenance the relations with government offices.
  • Guide and Support managers & ensure compliance with rules & regulations.
  • Manage the process of Applying for working license and Residence for Foreigners.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree / Master in Law.
  • 10 years working experience in PR, Broker, lawyer field.
  • Managed the big program in PR field. 
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic (speaking, reading & writing).
  • Excellent negotiation and communications skills.

  • Flexibility to change & taking constructive feedback.
  • High Sense of responsibility.
  • Legal understanding.
