Job Description
- Lead the transition of infrastructure from data-center to the public cloud
- Build and maintain development and production environments to support continued product growth
- Manage customer and internal environments within various projects
- Implementation of infrastructure as code for provisioning using tools such as Terra-form
- Support development teams across multiple properties in an AGILE environment
- Help set up own DevOps/SRE practice
- Automate and build bots for managing the life-cycle of our systems
- Assist product development teams in deployment pipeline development and operations
- Planning, estimating and continuously improving CI, system designs and processes.
- Work with the business to understand and implement complex requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or Computer Science)
- A strong understanding of DevOps fundamentals and agile methodologies
- Previous experience in applying DevOps, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Experience in containerizing applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Managing and monitoring Linux systems
- Previous experience in managing LDAP, Application, Database, and Monitoring systems
- Proficiency in at least one scripting languages (e.g. Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, Perl or Go)
- Fluency in BASH scripting
- Leading design and implementation of Cloud systems in AWS/GCP using Kubernetes, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins or Ansible
- Working with OpenShift or CloudFoundry is a plus
- Working with Spring Cloud is a plus
- Working with bots and building automation (or RPA) is a plus
- Implement Configuration Management using tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, TFS and JIRA
