Fleet manager duties:

Manages the Fleet Services Operations.
Responsible for effectively establishing and maintaining quality assurance and productivity programs.
Excellent knowledge of heavy and light trucking operations including and not limited to: Roads, Tolls, trucks working time and truck permits
Ability to expand current fleet, recruit and train potential drivers
Manages owned and outsourced fleet operations in safely way.
Monitor daily operations and ensure required performance.
Set and monitoring drivers evaluation and their salary scheme.
Build own fleet annual budget and follow up the cost to be within approved budget.
Responsible for fleet expenses Fuel, scales, and miscellaneous
Develop incentive and salary programs for drivers

Data input and analysis:

Open, maintain and track driver accounts by recording account information
Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing trucking operations
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Strategy feedback:

Recommend potential efficiency improvements or strategies to management by collecting fleet data and movements

2-5 years of experience in fleet management and operations
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent leadership skills, and ability to manage drivers.
Excellent computer skills.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Tactful, with excellent selling, communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Good English
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
