Job Description
- Continuously expand knowledge of our product line
- Always deliver exceptional customer service
- Answer all questions and address all concerns that the customer may have
- Help customers be sure of which product is the right choice for them
- Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely
- Accurately communicate all technical specifications
- Work cooperatively with the rest of the team
- Seek self improvement through mentoring and coaching from senior team members
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members
- Remain in compliance with company guidelines at all times
- Log all customer contacts including contact information for followup
- Follow up with potential customers to see if you can be of further help
- Offer related products and services to new customers
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Significant work experience in customer service or sales strongly preferred
- Able to memorize product specifications and demonstrate use accurately
- Able to work cooperatively as part of a team
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
- Command of the English language, bilingual is a plus
- Strong work ethic, self motivated
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
