Job Description

  • Continuously expand knowledge of our product line
  • Always deliver exceptional customer service
  • Answer all questions and address all concerns that the customer may have
  • Help customers be sure of which product is the right choice for them
  • Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely
  • Accurately communicate all technical specifications
  • Work cooperatively with the rest of the team
  • Seek self improvement through mentoring and coaching from senior team members
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members
  • Remain in compliance with company guidelines at all times
  • Log all customer contacts including contact information for followup
  • Follow up with potential customers to see if you can be of further help
  • Offer related products and services to new customers

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Significant work experience in customer service or sales strongly preferred
  • Able to memorize product specifications and demonstrate use accurately
  • Able to work cooperatively as part of a team
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Command of the English language, bilingual is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, self motivated
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
