Job Description
- Oversee the installation, repair and upkeep of an employer's property,
- Manage and execute maintenance responsibilities generally of buildings, mechanical and electrical systems. including machines, electromagnetically systems, buildings and other structures
- Performing routine maintenance and ensuring smooth functioning , chillers, cooling towers, boiler station, generator, swimming pools, electric panels, transformers, firefighting systems, pumps room, sewage and water treatment plant, kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Maintain and Insure the continuous implementation of a preventive maintenance program including the planning
