- Brimore is looking for an HR Business Partner. As an HR partner at Brimore, you will have the unique opportunity to expand your HR experience across diverse teams in a dynamic & growing start-up. We are looking for someone who is looking to be part of a strong and empowered performing team that works in close partnership with the business to achieve organizational goals.
Scope:
- Providing the full range support of HR activities. Working with Brimore team to ensure grounded, customized and successfully implemented HR policies, programs, systems, initiatives, and guidelines for organizational design; company culture and team development.
Job Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Excellent verbal, written, computer, data communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to earn trust as a consultative partner
- Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, high-paced environment
- The ability to be flexible, self-directed, motivated, and able to interact with employees at all levels. Be prepared to also support and consult managers and employees in the administration, interpretation, and application of policies and procedures.
