Job Description
Main Duties:
- Supervise all administrative support teams (Secretary, Cleaning Staff, Janitors, and Fleet).
- Supervise administrative Budget and activities (cleaning, Maintenance services and Upkeep, Vehicles-Fleet, Supplies, stationary, Equipments, IT Services, Vodafone account and ensure bills payments on time).
- Monitor the facility and showrooms to ensure that it remains clean, safe, secure, and well maintained.
Job Requirements
- University bachelor’s degree in administration from a reputable institution.
- Possess excellent computer skills and acquaintance with ERP systems.
- Possess high reporting skills.
- Very good written English and Arabic is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure.
