Job Description

  • Receive, direct and reply telephone messages, E-mail and fax messages.
  • Handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible related to plant manager.
  • Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference related to technical issues of plant manager.
  • Record and distribute minutes of meetings and follow up with concerned parties to ensure the implementation for these minutes.
  • Maintain full, accurate and up to date records and files for ministry of health documents (Hard and soft copies).
  • Maintain full, accurate and up to date records for all the technical files.
  • Provide administrative services for the plant manager to ensure that administrative work is maintained effectively, up to date and accurate manner
  • Review company documents to ensure that documents are valid; follow up with concerned parties to update these documents.
  • Responsible for saving manuals of factory equipment’s.
  • Responsible for stationery store and prepare the purchasing order.
  • Responsible for installation of company’s docs on SharePoint to be available for relevant department.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
  • Compare monthly plan with actual.
  • Collecting data from technical department such as OEE calculation and daily activity report.
  • Perform statistical analysis report.
  • Follow up on departmental objective.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree commerce / Business administration or any related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative field.
  • Experience in documentation.
  • Follow up skills.
  • Excellent English, verbal / written communication
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
