Approcks Business Developer & Sales Specialist is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to have a significant impact on company results. The Business Developer & Sales Specialist will help build and expand the marketing function within the company or company Products to grow the business across new channels in Egypt.The successful candidate should have a foundation in traditional marketing research, strategy, and positioning, as well as experience creating and managing digital or offline campaigns.
- Conducting marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities.
- Market analysis & Clients Segmentation.
- Studying company product profile and operations to understand its marketing needs.
- Introduce our products or services to the client B2B or B2C.
- Organize & Support in outdoor Sales and Finalize New Contracts.
- Developing Sales Strategies & Business Development needs.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing the deal.
- Gathering market and customer information to enhance system performance and growth.
- Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets and success partners.
- Researching the market and related competitors.
- Following up with your competitors and the products they are offering
- Presenting the product in a structured professional way face-to-face.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and success partners in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Open new channel with new costumers.
- Participate in business requirement gathering and enhancement.
- Participate and Plan for marketing campaigns preparations, brainstorming etc.
- Support in Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Direct sales, marketing, or customer service activities.
- Manage Marketing & Sales team, Events & PR.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- Degree in Marketing or a similar field.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record.
- 2+ years marketing & Business Development.
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office, and Internet is a MUST.
- BA or BSC. From a Reputable University.
- Experience in IT Sales.
- Sales Training is a plus.
- Strong negotiations skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analysis and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Presentable.
- Career driven & motivated.
