Job Description

Execution of the procurement transactions

  • Issue purchase orders
  • Document all files related to each PR and finalize it.
  • Keep files and records relating to the regular procurement procedures as a record of contracts and letters of guarantee log monitoring and other work which has to do with the purchase
  • Follow up with the finance department to make sure all payments are done in time
  • Match the P.R with the approved plan with purchase control Department

Relationship management with suppliers

  • Negotiate prices with the suppliers to get best price with the required specs.
  • Update suppliers database.
  • Follow up with suppliers till delivering orders to warehouse, and confirm with business owner, that they are according to specs required.
