Job Description

  • Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attending meetings and keep minutes .
  • Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Females only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Excellent ability to communicate in effective Arabic & English language, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Advanced computer skills – full awareness of using MS applications.
