Job Description
- To ensure the safety and security and well being of the children
- To manage the teaching staff in the classroom in such a way that the teacher and the assistant has a clear understanding of their role and is aware of the nursery policies regarding the education and emotion well being of the children
- To keep brief written records of the evets of the class and appropriate records of the individual children
- To provide the children with a variety of resources
- To display the children's work
- To communicate with management about any issues concerning children , staff or parents .
