Job Description:
- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods
- Following up & developing the workforce plan on a daily basis to align changing organization needs with people strategy
- Directs the maintenance team and ensures that machine adjustments are handled efficiently
- Participate in setting the manpower plan
- Develop maintenance procedures and total Preventive Maintenance Plan and ensure implementation
- Develop Maintenance team skills by conducting training meetings, development sessions; such as technical skills training; and monitoring performance reviews for the team after training.
- Verifies Performance Evaluations are being performed on the team members by their direct report.
- Setting and maintaining departmental budget by reviewing financial statements; monitoring labor cost; and other expenses.
- Coordinating with Research & Development regarding product changes and improvements, and updating maintenance operating procedures and schedules to incorporate the changes.
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- Monitor equipment spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
- Follow up Maintenance Contracts
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics or Mechanical departments)
- Previous Experience in the Management & Operation field in CNC industry is preferred
- Certified PMP / Management diploma is preferred
- Good investigative and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, schedule & utilize all resources
- Ability to think logically and methodically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate.
- Decision-making ability coupled with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
