Job Description

Social Insurance

  • Responsible for Preparing the insurance Documents to entering the new Hiring in the insurance.
  • Revising the file Documents if having Problems in Documentation that will be
  • Obstacle in Insurance Operation.
  • Responsible for Preparing Documents for Eliminate the Resignations and
  • Terminations for the Staff from Insurance System.
  • Making Form 2 in 1st of January every year.
  • Follow up Filling Archive with the HR Admin.
  • Responsible for Verification System.

Expats

  • Responsible for the Renewal of the Residency of the Foreigner Staff.
  • Responsible for the Renewal of License for the Foreigner Staff.
  • Finishing the Expats Affairs to receive the work.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: Minimum 4 years in HR
Training: HR Certificate is a plus
Skills: Good in English, Good Communications with Government.
