Job Description
- Reporting Directly to the Customer Service Manager.
- Perform systems analysis and design work on problems of varied scope.
- Respond to IT help desk Tickets and requests
- Technical training sessions for the team and users if needed.
- Creating the needed reports, documents and manuals as needed Requirements
- Coordinate the development of tailored dashboards/reports to monitor performance data and track progress ensuring they are easy to use and implement for the end user.
- Measure the activity of the sales force and monitor their results while also aligned to the needs.
- Monitor data analysis, sales tracking data and sales activities to support recommendations to the sales management teams to develop and improve the performance of sales teams
- Bring support to operational planning, regional and key account plans
- Recommend changes of the structure and/or the way of working depending on the analysis of Sales Force activities and metrics
- Develop an agreed scorecard or dashboard in a timely manner to reflect and associate qualitative and quantitative KPI's

- Skill in gathering, interpreting, and reporting complex market data
- Experience in all aspects of sales information including CRM systems
- Skill in working with customer teams to understand business challenges, develop work plans, and present analysis

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- BSC of engineering or computer science
