Job Description

We are seeking a creative, strategic and experienced Corporate Communications Manager to develop internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers, and work closely with the Executive Manager to deliver internal and external messages through key communications activities.

You will apply your creative skills and proven strategic communications expertise to drive and deliver consistent high quality communications across range of materials and platforms in support of the agreed communications plan.

As a manager of corporate communications you will be responsible of creating long-term planning process for systematically adopting best practices to enhance the value and impact of corporate communications activates.

This role requires:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written) with proven content creation (writing/editing). “Fluent in German would be highly desirable but not essential”.
  • Skills and techniques for managing press conferences and external speaking engagements smartly and effectively.
  • Professional and pleasant attitude with multicultural background, able to effectively manage cultural diversity at work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure company initiatives and projects are effectively and successfully communicated to the key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all use of corporate brand is in-line with the company values and supporting its vision.
  • Plan, edit and write content for corporate communications across all mediums to support achieve strategic goals.
  • Manage media relations and external speaking engagements.
  • Manage and coordinate corporate event.
  • Establish an internal communication network.
  • Create and lead campaigns to build employee pride and engagement.
  • Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all offices and departments.
  • Partner and collaborate closely with Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, Technical and Technology teams.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in communications in both internal and external.
  • Fluent user of social media and experience working with enterprise social networking tools.
  • Fair knowledge of reality technologies (VR, AR and MR). Ability to think creatively to transform communications into engaging experiences using interactive applications.
  • Knowledge in employee and executive communications management.
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and external partners.
  • Track record of managing multiple projects a high pressure environment.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible and demonstrates a willingness to learn.
  • MBA/MS or BS in Business Management, Marketing, Communication or Economics.
