Job Description

ISS is seeking to deepen its relationship with key business stakeholders to enhance profitability and market footprint of the locally assembled pumps product range. The Product Manager shall be a part of the Core Team, that reports to the company’s Chief Operations Officer with core duties of;

  • Define stakeholders and key accounts.
  • Define a market strategy to enhance revenue though these stakeholders.
  • Enhance and manage stakeholders relationships.
  • Create a key pipeline of future projects through market mapping.
  • Define and map stakeholders of key projects wherein ISS has to be involved.

Key Scope of Function

  • Drive sales growth for MCC, deliver and exceed individual and collective department targets for the Metallurgy Business,
  • Make direct visits to major consultant offices and others that may be specified by sales and management and insert ISS products specifications. The efforts should include consultants across the country and not only limited to Cairo
  • Handle and forecast all bids relating to the field, including specifying ISS range of firefighting pumps,
  • Create a specification book for entire range of firefighting pumps,
  • Create and enhance a quoting tool for inter-sales agents within ISS for the range of firefighting pumps,
  • Create and monitor a pipeline of projects from the very early stage ensure ISS is situated correctly for the highest possibility to win through general market practices like seminar, consultant visits and system design approvals,
  • Collect information on new projects and create an action map of influencers to tackle. Plan should include prospect value and final target to have ISS products specified in them. The mapping should include all influencers, including but not limited to main and sub-contractors involved in the purchase cycle. Create a lead-generation model for green-field projects to allow for early engagement of sales on these leads and specify products early on in them,
  • Create and implement a plant to register ISS at Large End Users and Contractors per vertical,
  • Make a list of major construction companies (Ex: Petrojet, Petrobel and other petroleum companies, Engineering Sector Of The Army, Arab Contractors, Educational Building Sector, Sewage Sector ,…..),
  • Create a competitive advantage presentation to sales engineers and train them on the competitive advantage of OSS. This presentation to be included in a standard document for every product and published on ISS website. The sheet to be consistently updated.
  • Make a monthly report of planned visits to influencers with quantified targets behind the visits.
  • Create a quarterly loss-analysis report,

Job Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Experience required:

  • Good knowledge of the construction, industrial, oil and gas and power markets,
  • Good knowledge of pumps, drivers and preferable in the fire field,
  • Good knowledge of International Fire codes -NFPA and EN standards,
  • Ability to work with a team and influence internal stakeholders,
  • High negotiation skills and presentability,
  • Good competitive knowledge,
  • Good command of English,
  • Very good command of PC tools – Excel, CAD,
  • Good public relation skills with different,
  • Able to foresee and develop/execute marketing campaigns,
  • Conduct research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences,
  • Compile and distributing financial and statistical information
  • Writing and proofreading skill with attention to detail and able to,
  • Profound skills to monitor campaigns, research, and lead generation reports
