Job Description
- Delivering excellent service to the customer in any situation and understanding customers’ needs.
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers and presentations to promote new products and special deals
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions through friendly, engaging communication
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Helping in achieving the general target of the store through providing sufficient cooperation.
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling clients
- Creating and updating activity reports
- Follow up with customers and gaining new clients to meet and exceed targets.
- All the Telesales duties including generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
- Data Entry for Sales system (CRM)
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Assist the other departments when needed.
- Ensures to transfer all the information and feedback from customers to the direct manager.
- Carrying out duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
- Very good analytical, logical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Very good computer skills, Ms Office skills.
- Good command of English.
