Job Description
- Conducting market research activities. executing and communicating data from the market to help guide strategic decision making in line with marketing & business strategy
- Developing, designing and implementing all needed researches (Qualitative or Quantitative surveys )
- Field work supervision, reporting and presentation, writing detailed reports and presenting results
- Training the field team about projects' medical & marketing objectives
- Development of new business accounts for which increased revenues/profits can be realized
- Responding to and following up with clients' inquiries using appropriate analytical methods
- Management of specifically assigned projects and working with technical leads on strategy, personnel and partner roles.
Job Requirements
- Educated to degree level (Pharmacy or other health-related discipline preferred)
- Professional in English; verbal and written
- Professional in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English and in Arabic
- Good Presentation skills, numeracy, especially statistical abilities
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Negotiation skills, confidence, time-management, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadline
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Willingness to learn and acquire new skills
