Job Description
- Manage dealing with governmental authorities (customs, Labor office, Traffic, Investment, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Trade & Industry, etc.) to achieve company objectives.
- Editing and reviewing all contracts and agreements of the company with these entities legally.
- Follow and finalize all cases filled for or against the company at courts, as well as dealing with police Stations and the prosecutions.
- Providing legal support to the company.
- Issuing airport work permits by completing the procedures with the governmental institutions (Tourism Police, Ministry of Tourism, Criminal Investigation, Public Security, and National Security).
- Conduct Legal investigations with company employees in case of irregularities.
- Follow up on the issues between departments.
- Advise corporate management on all legal matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation of the organization
- Negotiate and settle commercial arrangements (e.g., loans, leases, purchase agreements, acquisitions, and divestitures) and draft and review legal documents that protect the organization’s legal and business interests.
- Processing all legal activities regarding new openings locations & airports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Law - Member of the Egyptian BAR association
- Proven experience as a legal executive from 3-5 years
- Expert knowledge of the local laws, Commercial Law, Civil Law, Social Insurance Law and Labor Law
- Very good writing skills in both English and Arabic.
- Good Command Of MS Office
- Attention to details is critical.
- Sheraton, Heliopolis, Nasr city or nearby areas residents are preferred
