Job Description

Rozma is part of Schaduf Group. It is a cloud-based order management tool for restaurants.

We are looking for results-driven business development & sales representative to actively seek out and engage potential customers.

The first couple of months will be focused on 5-10 strategic customers that we work with closely to train them on the online ordering tool, collect all their user requirements and feedback on the product.

In parallel, the BD Specialist is expected to build a database of all potential customers and start establishing relationships to enable quick mobilization with customers.

He/ she will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team from Rozma to continuously improve the order management online tool.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to Restaurant leads through cold calling & setting up meetings with decision makers
  • Sign up and onboard clients to the digital platform
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of Restaurant problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Follow up with customers on their user experience and solve any problems they have
  • Keep track of best practices and market trends

  • Good command of both English and Arabic languages
  • Negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Relevant network connections is a plus
  • Experience working in sales is a plus, but not a requirement
