Job Description
- Conduct enrollment training and any necessary refresher training for new and existing staff.
- Identifying the product knowledge training needs of existing employees through ongoing surveys.
- Preparation, conducting and marking monthly product knowledge exams to develop employees’ performance and the quality of their product knowledge.
- Ensuring that employees are provided with accurate and up to date information. By cascading and follow up.
- Always updating the training materials with all product modifications.
- Doing the necessary research that helps to solidify and enrich the level of the company’s product knowledge.
- Conducting the annual customer satisfaction survey through online method and phone calls to customers.
- Being responsible for the Bupa Academy.
- Creating and inventing new ideas to facilitate our flow of product knowledge.
- Researching and enhancing medical knowledge within all the teams.
- Attending training with different insurance providers and updating training materials when necessary.
- Providing support to different departments in regards to different products such as product comparison
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-1 year of experience in the insurance field.
- Quality and Training experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
