Job Description
- Support manpower planning and talent acquisition in the company, which may include; forecasting resource needs, preparing job descriptions, posting openings , liaising with recruitment agencies, conduct screening interviews and managing any other activities in the hiring process.
- Taking Care of the personnel.
- Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.
- Administer compensation and benefits policies and processes
- Conduct employee on-boarding and support in learning & development activities.
- Provide personel support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Support business/functional managers in performance managemen aspects.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Help improving the internal processes and organisational development.
- Help transform company’s culture and values to everyday practice.
