Job Description

  • Support manpower planning and talent acquisition in the company, which may include; forecasting resource needs, preparing job descriptions, posting openings , liaising with recruitment agencies, conduct screening interviews and managing any other activities in the hiring process.
  • Taking Care of the personnel.
  • Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.
  • Administer compensation and benefits policies and processes
  • Conduct employee on-boarding and support in learning & development activities.
  • Provide personel support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Support business/functional managers in performance managemen aspects.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Help improving the internal processes and organisational development.
  • Help transform company’s culture and values to everyday practice.
