Job Description
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes across teams.
- Follow-up on quality management system across teams.
- Work on the automation of quality procedures.
- Work on the development and/or maintenance of tools and scripts created for the quality management system.
- Work on the development and/or follow-up of quality checklists.
- Help teams to define and implement processes that comply with quality standards to improve efficiency.
- Analyze QMS reports and perform a root cause analysis to detect the system defects and help do plan preventive actions.
- Report status of assigned tasks regularly.
Job Requirements
- Be a graduate of Computers and Systems or Electronics department from the faculty of engineering.
- Have 0-3 years of experience.
- Have a very good command of the English language.
- Have a good understanding of basic quality management concepts.
- Have a basic understanding of the IC Design Industry.
- Have a good command of MS Excel.
- Have a basic knowledge of Linux and shell scripting.
- Have a fair knowledge about automation and programming.
- Have a fair knowledge about configuration management systems.
- Have a fair knowledge about bug tracking systems.
- Be persistent, organized, assertive, and should work to meet deadlines
- Have the ability to learn new concepts.
- Have very good communication skills.
The following points are considered a plus for the candidate.
- Strong understanding of IC Design Cycle.
- Familiarity with EDA tools.
- Having a basic understanding of ISO9001.
- Ability to write macros and VBScript.
- Familiarity and experience with several Configuration Management Systems.
- Familiarity and experience with several bug tracking and task tracking tools.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
- Basic knowledge of web programming.
