Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customers’ requests & all related issues and to create long-term trusting relationships with customers. Her/his role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Job Description:
Client Requests
- Receive a written brief from a client describing their primary request.
- Attending either face to face or phone calls Meetings with clients to discuss the brief and propose new ideas if required.
- Writing a creative detailed brief that explains: Goals, Message, deliverable, concept, budget and any details required to start working/ tailoring the idea before sending it to execution.
Pricing
- Responsible for pricing of designs referring to the pricing card and getting it approved from Head of Account Management.
- Collecting Pricing Data from procurement.
- Creating a quotation using free agent tool and send it out to client.
- Negotiating budgets and providing alternate solutions to customers in case of quotation rejection.
Project Management/ Execution
- Collecting Samples from procurement or production and send it to client either with courier or personally.
- Create the project plan with the head of Account management according to customer's deadline.
- Updating the client with project status every step on the way.
- Follow up the production progress with traffic Manager and assuring the respect of deadline.
- Getting approval from Head for all deliverable (Designs, Presentations, Samples… etc)
- Sending to finance to invoice the client once the project is delivered.
- Sending Client satisfaction survey right after project delivery.
- Visiting client premises or project site in case of events for inspection and client meeting.
Client Retention
- Keeping a maintained relationship with all existing client.
- Review daily the list of pending tasks for each client to avoid any delays.
- Initiating regular phone calls to all client list to check their requirements.
- Re-maintain old clients and try to initiate sales for them.
- Seeking to initiate sales within an existing project or a potential one.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- Education: Bsc/ Msc related to Marketing, Media management, Business.
- Languages schools
Skills:
- Excellent Command in English
- Excellent use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word and powerpoint)
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Excellent Project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Advertising agencies, Marketing field or Project coordination
