Job Description

  • Manage customer relationships and remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Introduce and coordinate the after sales services visits.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and satisfaction.
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience, to assure that all terms and conditions of the contractual agreement are well coordinated.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data Job Requirements
  • Maintaining a database of contact information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or any other related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role.
  • Superior computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills ( English and Arabic)
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
