Job Description
- Manage customer relationships and remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Introduce and coordinate the after sales services visits.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and satisfaction.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience, to assure that all terms and conditions of the contractual agreement are well coordinated.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or any other related field
- 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role.
- Superior computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills ( English and Arabic)
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
