Job Description
- Brainstorming, conceptualizing, and implementing master visual, and campaign concepts.
- Follow up and work with a team of designers, and guiding them through the implementation of their work.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion
- Set the deadlines for projects, and ensure all creative work is delivered on time
- Coordinate with the Account Manager in ensuring client briefs are met
- Editing the final results for presentation to the client
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience working with advertising agencies.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe design suite (AI, Photoshop etc…)
- An impressive portfolio and a flair for strong, concept-based design
- Being a strategic thinker who is full of on-brief creative ideas
- A proven track record of delivering great creative concepts
- Excellent Written and Spoken English
- Project Management
- Developing Creative Standards
