Job Description
DUTIES:
- Receive customer calls, contact interested customers, explain company projects and schedule interviews
- Meet customers and identify the appropriate units in light of their needs and purchasing power
- To preview the company's projects with customers and explain the competitive advantages
- Follow up customers and distinguish serious customers and exclude others
- Negotiate with customers about suitable payment methods
- Negotiate with customers about different payment methods
- Inform the contracting officer of the unit, price and payment system
- Registration of reports
Job Requirements
The requirements:
- A university graduate
- Selling skills
- Male or female
- Real estate experience not less than a year
- Preferably owning a car
