Job Description

Diverse departments rely on our team for all kinds of administrative assistance and secretarial duties – from preparing correspondence, presentations and reports, to maintaining confidential, business-critical records and information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling Cairo RSA inventory of equipment (laptops, headphones, mobiles, etc.)
  • Managing travel arrangements for RSA leaders or as requested.
  • Managing Concur and expense reports for RSA leaders.
  • Coordinating logistics needs for teleconferences and local meetings.
  • Organize and handle regional meetings and top management visits.
  • Managing the preparation & submission requests for Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Coordination, administration and execution of local on-floor events (visits, All-Hands meetings, etc.…) including the external needs like renting tables, reserving data show devices, sounds system, etc...
  • Collecting and publishing minutes of meetings for all management related meeting (manager’s weekly meetings, meetings with senior management and executives, roundtables, etc.)
  • Managing hotel, car and meal reservations for all RSA Cairo visitors (including managers, trainers, remote working team members, etc.…)
  • The consolidation and formatting for all needed management presentations (Presentations for All Hands and similar events)
  • Maintains leader's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

Job Requirements
