Job Description
- Screening and Filtration of CVs and prospective candidates
- Conducting Recruitment and Selection processes developing yearly manpower plan.
- Providing appropriate recruitment sources, interviewing and selecting new staff & field members.
- Monitoring all field process, responsible for field management, training, selection, resources, defining
- Handling and managing staffing needs
- Clarifying roles and setting performance standards in all departments.
- Defining and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the same job
- Professional in English verbal and written
- Professional in Microsoft office
- Organized, with high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and problem resolution skills
