Job Description
- Work closely with the planning department to help to achieve the preset production plans
- Searching for approved international suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history.
- Receive purchase requisition, get quotations, negotiate prices, develop purchase order
- Review and follow up on all foreign purchase orders requested by all concerned parties/departments.
- Monitor shipments to ensure that Materials come in on time.
- Issue purchase report reflecting the status of purchase orders even they are opened or closed ones.
- Use the AX system in ordering and developing suppliers codes
