Job Description
- Termination of procedures for obtaining import approvals from the regulatory authorities (Ministry of Agriculture - Ministry of Investment ......) to clear shipments from customs.
- Send the shipping documents to the port clearance representative and Cairo airport to clear the customs release papers.
- Follow-up customs clearance procedures with the customs clearance representative and the assessment of customs duties.
- Sending a request to the company's financial management to pay the customs dues.
- Follow-up financial management to ensure the disbursement of checks financial claims in favor of the Customs Authority and the concerned parties to complete the process of customs clearance.
- Follow-up procedures of the process of customs clearance with the clearance representative to solve problems that hinder the completion of procedures.
- Coordinate with the transport companies and the company's warehouses to transport cargo from the ports or Cairo airport to the warehouses of the concerned parties to receive the shipments that were released by customs.
- Follow-up receipt of the additional permits from the stores to ensure that the goods enter the stores according to the specifications agreed upon in the purchase order.
- Coordination with the financial management to work a financial settlement between the company and the customs extract to close the account with documents and invoices.
