Responsible for the Hub infrastructure.

Responsible for the financial management in the hub and manage the cash flow.

Carry out the company principle and achieve any other duties which fall within the broad spirit, scope, and purpose of this job description.

Ensure that the packages updates are in place on bosta system and have the same status on the Hub daily productivity sheet.

Ensure that the achievement and records are consistently kept across the Hub daily workflow.

Monitoring the stars and the hub members salaries, bounce, and deductions.

Responsible for monitoring the collected CODs amounts for the delivered packages from the stars and assure that the payment has been settled accurately.

Following up the “Freshdesk” and assure resolving all the assigned tickets and handling the hub related issues within the agreed SLA on a daily basis.

Ensure the smooth running and organization of a Hub operational flow process through effective line management to guarantee to distribute and dispatching the packages with the proper timing with the stars.

Following up on receiving emails and assure taking the necessary actions to solve the hub problems on a daily basis.

Ensure sending the reports within the agreed timing on a daily basis.

Monitor the Hub members performance and manage the daily plans for each hub member and provide staff pastoral support.

Monitor the Stars performance and manage the daily plan for each star.

Following up on the hub members and Coaching them to improve and to recognize and achieve their capacities.

Be an effective role model to other staff members in the hub.

Create a collaborative relationship with all Hub staff and provide advice and guidance as necessary for the Hub members.
