Job Description
- Supporting the Chairman of the Board in all financial and tax plans and strategies.
- Transform strategies into operational and periodic control systems and operational for all sections of the company.
- Monitor and direct the company's expenses and revenue documents.
- Audit and preparation of accounting systems.
- Review and develop internal control systems.
- Preparation of budgets, examinations and tax returns for all types of taxes.
- Separation of tax disputes in all stages (internal committees - appeals committees - courts).
- Make all legal and administrative amendments to the company.
- Effectively supervise the implementation of the operational work of the department's staff
- Follow-up and enforcement of tax, commercial and administrative laws.
- Set quarterly and annual management objectives.
- Perform the tasks required by the heads of management.
- Conduct periodic technical assessment of the working group.
- Conducting periodic (monthly) reports to heads on performance and achievements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree major Accounting
- Previous experience in legal accounting
- Experience not less than 10 years in accounting, taxes field, legal affairs.
- English: Very Good (spoken- written).
