Job Description

  • Supporting the Chairman of the Board in all financial and tax plans and strategies.
  • Transform strategies into operational and periodic control systems and operational for all sections of the company.
  • Monitor and direct the company's expenses and revenue documents.
  • Audit and preparation of accounting systems.
  • Review and develop internal control systems.
  • Preparation of budgets, examinations and tax returns for all types of taxes.
  • Separation of tax disputes in all stages (internal committees - appeals committees - courts).
  • Make all legal and administrative amendments to the company.
  • Effectively supervise the implementation of the operational work of the department's staff
  • Follow-up and enforcement of tax, commercial and administrative laws.
  • Set quarterly and annual management objectives.
  • Perform the tasks required by the heads of management.
  • Conduct periodic technical assessment of the working group.
  • Conducting periodic (monthly) reports to heads on performance and achievements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree major Accounting
  • Previous experience in legal accounting
  • Experience not less than 10 years in accounting, taxes field, legal affairs.
  • English: Very Good (spoken- written).

  • Problem Solver
  • Good command of MS office.
