• Responsible of requirements gathering and analysis,overall project management activities, and to
• Lead a team to creatively address challenging opportunities and driving the implementation of process and technology solutions that meet the business needs of our clients with commitment to collaborative problem solving and focus on product quality

Responsibilities

• Own the requirements gathering, analysis and ensuring that requirements are well integrated within customers’ business needs and plans.
• Participate with technical Leads to identify and design the proper technical solution.
• Provide end to end product/project management starting concept till go live.
• Liaise with customers to capture their business requirements and ensure that they are well prepared for smooth processing by subsequent technical team.
• Develop and maintain business requirements document, user stories and product backlog.
• Define project stakeholder, scope, goals and deliverables that support business and customer goals.
• Lead the projects planning activities and Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Determine and assess the project resources and participate in the resources and vendors selection
• Manage the vendors’ commitments and ensure time and quality of vendor projects deliverables
• Manage the project stakeholders’ engagement including customer management.
• Track project milestones and deliverables and report, progress, risks, issues in timely manners to get proper management attention to put the project on track.
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
• Lead project team members and vendors to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Conduct project post mortems (Lessons learnt) and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
