Job Description
- Ensure proper maintenance of office and stores on daily basis in assigned areas as requested by the hierarchy and in compliance with departmental and company policies and procedures
- Inspect problematic areas, make recommendations, coordinate and/or conduct repair, improvements, installation, and maintenance
- Inspect workmanship of installations in order to ensure conformity to plans and specifications on facility maintenance projects
- Support the development of facilities policies, procedures and processes and establish best practices methodology (such as in energy management) in order to maintain retail chain and supporting functions
- Manage schedules and all maintenance works and provide support to the stores and the back office
- Assist in the management of the maintenance team and contractors
- Prepare progress reports on facilities maintenance projects
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar field
- Previous experience in retail is a plus
- Knowledge and effective use of the principles and processes of providing customer and personnel services
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
