Job Description
- Ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on deadline time.
- Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the regulations are accurately applied.
- Works on possibilities to reduce freight and insurance costs.
- Represent the economics estimations (prices, cost fluctuations) to the respective managements to reach the most effective strategies.
- Strategizing, planning and enforcing the import activities as per the providers and requirements of the clients.
- Collaborating with the providers and stock list programmers and strategize and making sure that the global products and commodities get transferred properly within the given time frame.
- Making sure that the products and commodities arrive within the given time.
- Observing and formulating the records of the activities related to imports
- Making sure that all these import programs are in agreement with the accepted rules and regulations of the organization.
- Working with the unit head of the organization and checking, studying and examining various methods and procedures of importation.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience.
