Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customers calls.
- Assist clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information.
- Provide information and guidance in order to resolve customer issues/inquiries.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Follow up on Customers' tickets.
- Assist customers online via social media channels.

Job Requirements
- University Graduate is a must.
