Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors.
- Assist customers and visitors in reaching the right department.
- Answer all customers and visitors inquiries.
- Record all visitors data.
- Assist customers filling out satisfaction surveys, and determine their degree of satisfaction.
- Assure that all reception functions and requirements are performing well, and available with no issues.
- Responsible for daily reports for all reception activities.
