Job Description
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coaching and managing Medical Delegates to achieve the company’s Quantitative & Qualitative objectives within the district.
- Implement the sales plan, with a clear vision on sales and practical actions on short, average and long-term basis.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with key opinion leaders, decision makers and contacts with other relevant agents.
- Lead and influence the build of a successful and experienced team to new higher levels of sales performance and proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationship with all supportive
- Attracts and selects diverse and high caliber talent and develops others through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments
- Ensures that all his/her team members work in harmony and with motivation, stick to deadlines for correspondences and comply with Genesis policies & regulations of Ministry of Health.
- Participate in coordination with the Marketing team in the execution of tactical plan and other marketing activities through his assigned sales team.
- Manage the Key Account function and ensure the implementation of company strategy in the assigned district.
- Attend congresses, symposia and workshops to represent company in a positive and professional manner.
- Monitor, analyze performance and market trends
- Assure, Managing 'on the field' strategy, brand positioning marketing strategy of the Business.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor degree or higher with Pharmacy/ VET/ Science
Skills/ Experience
- At Least Two years’ experience in similar position
- Very strong leader with proven skills in leading teams towards success.
- Customer obsession - understanding customers and being driven in ensuring the organization understands their needs
- Proven strategic thinking ability
- Ability to influence internally and externally especially in relation to selling skills
- Experience of planning and executing category based selling
- Excellent organization & time management skills – able to prioritize work.
